Land deals in Dubai reported

The total value of land transactions in Dubai for the past two days peaked at Dhs356.95 million, of which sales exceeded Dhs65 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs291.43 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 12 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the for the past two days, the most valuable of which was a plot in Wadi Al Amardi that was sold for Dhs25.84828 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Suq Al Kabeer acquired for the sum of Dhs14 million and another in Al Suq Al Kabeer for Dhs5.5 million

 

The Al Suq Al Kabeer area was the most active in terms of for the past two days sales, with some 3 transactions. Al Waheda followed it with 2 sales.
