According to Al-Rai Al-Aam newspaper, the Kuwaiti Mubarakiya Real Estate Investment Center recorded the biggest deal in the Kuwaiti real estate market over the past few weeks by buying a piece of land for KD 14 million.

The Chairman of the Board of the Center, Mr. Abdullah Al-Marwani, said that this 9,500 square meter lot is situated in Sharq (east) area. He added that the Mubarakiya Center had purchased this land from the Kuwaiti Finance House. He added that the center has not decided yet how to invest in this land. The chairman estimates the Kuwaiti real estate market, which is currently slowing down because of the summer, to arise in the next few months.
