Jazeera Airways, the Middle East’s first private airline and the fastest growing airline in the Middle East will now offer travelers greater choice of destinations with the launch of new routes connecting most of its destinations. The airline operates a fleet of new Airbus A320 aircraft all fitted with leather seats.
These new routes come soon after Jazeera Airways celebrated its first anniversary and announced its intention to expand services and reach across the region.
The new flights offer customers seamless connections via Kuwait with fares from Beirut to Dubai starting from KD15; flights from Bahrain to Mumbai, Cochin and Delhi starting from KD20; from Damascus to Dubai and Bahrain starting from KD21.
Travelers can book their tickets through their chosen travel agents or online at jazeeraairways.com, where travelers can book and pay for their flights and reserve seats from the convenience of their home or office.
Marwan Boodai, Chairman and CEO of Jazeera Airways said: “The expansion of our routes will be instrumental in building Kuwait International Airport into a regional hub leading to increased traffic and business in the Airport and its onsite facilities”.
“It’s been an exciting year for us here at Jazeera Airways, we flew over 500,000 travelers in our first year, we launched 13 destinations, we extended our aircraft maintenance programme with Lufthansa Technik to cover the years to come, we received four brand new aircraft from Airbus, and H.H. the PM of Kuwait Sheikh Nasser Al-Sabah signed our aircraft on our anniversary. Our freedom movement is only getting stronger,” concluded Boodai.
Launched in October 2005, Jazeera Airways operates a fleet of new Airbus A320 aircraft and serves 13 of the most popular destinations for both business and leisure in the Middle East, North Africa, and the Indian Subcontinent.
Jazeera Airways is a Kuwait Public Shareholding Company established in 2004 (operated in 2005) with a capital of KD 10 million raised through one of the most successful IPOs in Kuwait's history, making it the only privately owned airline in the Middle East. Based on a low fare business model that maximizes across-the-board efficiency in operations, Jazeera Airways enables travelers to fly without a ticket and book through the web and SMS, giving travelers more independence, spontaneity, and fares up to 50% lesser than the market.
Jazeera Airways, which took its first flight on October 30, 2005, operates a fleet of new Airbus A320 aircraft and serves some of the most popular destinations for both business and leisure in the Middle East, North Africa, and the Indian Subcontinent, including Dubai, Beirut, Bahrain, Damascus, Aleppo, Amman, Alexandria, Luxor, Mumbai, New Delhi, Mashhad, Assiut, and Cochin.
