Jazeera Airways announces Q1 operational results

Jazeera Airways, the largest operator at Kuwait Airport, today announced it operated 4,549 sectors in Q1 2010, with an on-time performance of 93% making it the most punctual airline in Kuwait and one of the most punctual airlines in the world.

 

With operations based in Kuwait Airport, Jazeera Airways flies to 22 destinations across the Middle East, West Asia, North Africa, Iran and Turkey, and operates a fleet of 11 Airbus A320s.

Jazeera Airways has operated at an on-time performance above 90% for every year since it launched in late 2005. In 2009, the airline carried over 1.8 million passengers, capturing over 24% of the market share making it the largest operator at Kuwait Airport.
