Japan's national Consumer Price Index for April, fell for the second straight month and by the most in 3.5 years. The 0.3% decline in prices represents the downward pressure exhibition on the economy by a lack of demand for the nation's goods. Last night it was revealed that Vehicle Sales fell by 50% in the 12 months through March.
