Turkish voice, e-business and payment systems solution provider ITD signed up Techworld Information Systems as the value added reseller in Kuwait for its voice systems solutions.
As the master distributor of Interactive Intelligence ITD has completed more than 30 Interactive Intelligence installations for customers in the finance, insurance, telecommunications, retail and service provider industries in its region.
With this new partnership with Techworld, ITD intends to strengthen its base in Kuwait and address the emerging communications infrastructure requirements of Iraq. Based on the signed agreement, Techworld will front-end marketing activities and provide sales, technical support and maintenance for Interactive Intelligence Solutions such as contact center automation and unified communications.
