Senior representatives from Iraqi ministries will meet with World Bank and United Nations (UN) officials and major donors to the International Reconstruction Fund Facility from Iraq February 28 to 29 in Abu Dhabi to discuss the allocation of pledged resources to specific projects.
The meeting will put the finishing touches to the International Reconstruction Fund Facility for Iraq, and will accelerate flows of already pledged reconstruction assistance to Iraq, and will match funding and projects with Iraqi priorities, said US State Department, Spokesman Richard Boucher. — (menareport.com)
