Iran’s Khatami inaugurates new petrochemical complex

President of Iran Mohammad Khatami traveled to the city of Golpaygan in the central province of Isfahan, Saturday to inaugurate the Qaed Petrochemical Complex, reported IRNA.  

 

The complex has an annual production capacity of 35,000 tons of various kinds of ABS and SAN polymers used for manufacturing automobiles, aircraft, household appliances and engineering equipment. 

 

The complex, once fully operational, is expected to produce some $35 million worth of various petrochemical products annually, of which forty percent will be exported. — (menareport.com)
