Sorouh Real Estate Company's Dh1.375 billion ($375 million) initial public offering, the largest of its kind in UAE history, is to open on Sunday. According to Khaleej Times, RAK Properties, the previous record holder for the largest UAE initial public offering (IPO), held its Dh1.1 billion offering in April.
