Unitree Robotics' humanoid robot G1 and robotic dog made a stunning appearance on the Shanghai Fashion Week runway, presented by NMTG.
In an extraordinary show, as the models finished their walk, Unitree Robotics’ robotic dog suddenly appeared on the runway wearing a custom outfit. The dog was shortly joined by the G1 humanoid robot, who interacted with a model and shook hands with her.
Xu Shangxi, the show's creative director, stated: "I wanted to explore the symbiosis of nature, humanity and technology. This isn't just a show; it's a manifesto for the future."
Notably, the event was organized by NMTG, Unitree Robotics, and Shanghai Fashion Week, aiming to create collaborative harmony between culture and technology in the modern age.
The G1 humanoid robot was developed by Unitree Robotics. This artificial intelligence (AI) robot features multiple technologies and abilities, including full-body motion and diverse flexible movements like dancing and spinning.
