Hertz United Arab Emirates (UAE) has opened its first car rental branch on the East coast in Fujairah as part of its ongoing expansion program.
The new branch, at the Al-Futtaim Motors Workshop in Fujairah joins 14 other Hertz UAE locations in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al-Khaimah, while plans are already under way for a Hertz location to open in Al-Ain shortly.
“Coming to Fujairah is an important strategic move as it will give us an opportunity to tap into what we see as a market with enormous potential for growth in the years to come,' said general manager of Hertz UAE Bob Farrow, which is part of the Al-Futtaim Group.
Operating with a fleet of vehicles which includes the latest models, ranging from economy to luxury cars, and 4x4s, the new branch also offers rentals on a daily, weekly, weekend and monthly basis. Customers can also lease a vehicle for a period of between one and four years.
In the Middle East, Hertz is represented by franchise operations in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the UAE and Yemen, and by general sales agents in Saudi and Bahrain. — (menareport.com)
