Gulfood is the 9th Gulf Food, Hotel and Equipment Exhibition. This is a biennial event that is the fastest growing exhibition of its kind in the Middle East. With an increase of more than 24 percent on 1999 attendance figures, the 2001 show featured 113 local exhibitors and 432 international firms from 43 countries, with major representation from North and South America, Europe, Scandinavia, Australia, Africa, India, the Far East and the Middle East.
