Bahrain's construction industry will suffer a major blow if government restrictions go on on the recruitment of foreign workers, said one of Bahrain's top engineering consultants. According to GDN, many contractors are now reluctant to bid for major jobs as they do not have the needed workforce, said Mohammed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Bureau managing director Mohammed Salahuddin.
