ETA Star Hospitality opens StarBoutique Clock Tower Hotel Apartments

Star Hospitality, the hospitality arm of ETA Star Properties, a leading property developer in the UAE, has officially opened its hotel apartment venture StarBoutique Clock Tower, announced during a press conference held today (April 25) at the new 90-apartment creek-side tower venue. As a first-of-its-kind project for the premier property developer, StarBoutique Clock Tower has been constructed to satisfy Dubai’s burgeoning demand for fully serviced hotel apartments that combine personalized home-style hospitality with luxurious hotel amenities.

 

StarBoutique Clock Tower, inspired by the homely concept of “no rooms, only homes” hospitality, offers studio-type, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments fitted with home furnishings and a range of modern amenities such as internet access (including WiFi). To enhance home-style living, guests also enjoy the services of housekeeping staff, who maintain upkeep of the apartments especially for busy occupants.

The StarBoutique Clock Tower comprises 38 studios, 40 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments, all fully furnished and offering a panoramic view of the city and the Deira creek. Other room amenities include individually controlled air-conditioning; elegant furnishings; a fully equipped kitchen including crockery, cutlery and other utensils; a telephone with IDD; WiFi access; satellite television and movies on demand.
