ETA Star Properties, the leading property developers in the UAE, has announced it is one of the Gold Sponsors of the first ever Dubai Balloon Festival that begins on the 20th of December 2006. The ten-day festival takes off with a dazzling night glow at the opening ceremony of the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) 2006 on December 20th at the Global Village.

An estimated 75,000 visitors are expected to turn up on each day of the Balloon Festival, which is the first hot air balloon festival to be held in the Middle East and the largest outside the USA.
Around 75 colourful balloons from around the world will be showcased at the Balloon Festival. Two mass flights will be held at 7 am and 3.30 pm at the Global Village on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of December and the following week on 28th, 29th and 30th December.
Through its involvement in the Dubai Balloon Festival, ETA Star will look to reinforce its position as one of the largest property developers in the region. The company recently successfully participated in Cityscape 2006 where it showcased some of its major projects such as The Summit, The Grandeur Residences and Al Manara, besides launching the 'Star Investor' concept.
