Emaar Properties has announced a new release of Palmera, the Spanish-styled cluster villas at the Arabian Ranches.
The warm customer response and a stream of positive feedback thereafter on Palmera homes has resulted in Emaar offering this new release which has been slightly modified on the exterior to provide the homes with a unique charm.
Registration for Palmera's new releases will be done on Tuesday February 15 at the Arabian Ranches Sales Centre and sales will open at the same venue on Wednesday, February 16.
The Palmera residential unit consists of two and three bedrooms each, ranging from 1,889 sq ft to 2,936 sq ft. The homes are expected to be ready for occupation in 2007.
