Emaar Properties PJSC on Tuesday made the following announcement to its shareholders:
“Any shareholder whose name appears on the register as of Sunday, July 24, 2005 will automatically procure 15 per cent as bonus shares on the number of shares he/she holds as on Thursday, July 21, 2005. The bonus shares will be allocated and deposited in the shareholder’s account with Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday, July 25, 2005, whether he/she chooses to subscribe for the rights issue or not. The shareholder shall have the right to keep or sell his/her bonus shares as he/she deems appropriate.”
