Dubailand assigned the construction of the world's largest observation wheel to The Great Wheel Corp on May 12. It will open to the public in 2008, Gulf News reported Tuesday. The Great Dubai Wheel will be larger than the London Eye, which was recently voted the best tourist attraction in the world.
