The value of land transactions registered on 02-05-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 152 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department .
There were 11 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 46.064 million paid for a 28790 sq feet area in Al Barsha First.An amount of Dhs 36 million, for a 36200 sq feet area of land in Al Garhoud, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 31.289004 million paid for a 13950.46 sq feet area in the Marsa Dubai district
The single biggest plot sold was 36200 sq feet at Al Garhoud for the sum of Dhs 36 million. The second biggest was the 28790 sq feet area in Al Barsha First that sold for Dhs 46.064 million.
