The value of land transactions registered on June 14 in Dubai amounted to a total of Dhs 86 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 8 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 40.05 million paid for a 13626 sq feet area in Mankhool.An amount of Dhs 24.888 million, for a 24888 sq feet area of land in Al Nahda First, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 11 million paid for a 48034 sq feet area in the Al Jafliya district.
The single biggest plot sold was 48034 sq feet at Al Jafliya for the sum of Dhs 11 million. The second biggest was the 24888 sq feet area in Al Nahda First that sold for Dhs 24.888 million.
