The value of land transactions registered on 03-05-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 37 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 9 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 10.47639 million paid for a 349213 sq feet area in Wadi Al Amardi.An amount of Dhs 8 million, for a 349213 sq feet area of land in Wadi Al Amardi, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 4.64 million paid for a 4892 sq feet area in the Al Mararr district.
The single biggest plot sold was 349213 sq feet at Wadi Al Amardi for the sum of Dhs 8 million. The second biggest was the 349213 sq feet area in Wadi Al Amardi that sold for Dhs 10.47639 million.
