The value of land transactions registered on 24-05-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 157 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 18 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 59 million paid for a 17989 sq feet area in Al Rega.An amount of Dhs 25.61 million, for a 39400 sq feet area of land in Al Goze Fourth, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 22.5 million paid for a 10000 sq feet area in the Al Raffa district.
