The value of land transactions registered on 21-05-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 81 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 12 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 61.506 million paid for a 51255 sq feet area in Mankhool.An amount of Dhs 3 million, for a 9040 sq feet area of land in Um Suqaim Second, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 2.6 million paid for a 2275 sq feet area in the Al Karama district.
