Dubai Internet City (DIC), the information and communications technology hub of the Middle East, will provide internet protocol-based voice, internet and video services to residents of Emaar Properties units in Dubai.
The DIC will operate these services through its IP services provision arm, DIC Telecom, which has overseen the successful operations of its IP (internet protocol) network across DIC, Dubai Media City and Dubai Knowledge Village.
