Dubai Properties has established Idama Asset Management Solutions, a new integrated facilities management company. With the boom in construction and real estate facilities, the new company will seek to provide new direction to industry practices in the UAE, Gulf News reported.
Billy Daly, CEO of Idama, said formation of the new entity was driven more by an understanding of the need to properly maintain and utilise the assets in terms of new constructions now coming up, than solely by commercial consderations.
