All the apartments in nearly a dozen towers built by Emaar Properties within its Dubai Marina project are sold out, according to a company official, cited by Khaleej Times on Thursday.
Dubai Marina will have 200 residential towers upon completion and its population target is between 65,000 to 70,000 people, said Amer Belshelat of Emaar Properties.
