Dubai: Land deals on Monday

The total value of land transactions in Dubai Monday peaked at Dhs68.57 millions of which sales exceeded Dhs31 million. The total value of mortgages during the period was Dhs37.73 million, according to the Land Department.

 

A total of 6 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day, the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Mamzer that was sold for Dhs16.3 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Mararr acquired for the sum of Dhs6.85 million and another in Emirates Hills First for Dhs2.1 million.

 

The Emirates Hills First area was the most active in terms of the day sales, with 3 transactions. Al Mamzer followed it with one deal.

 

During  the period, Al Mamzer recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs16.3 million, followed by the Al Mararr area, Dhs6.85 million, and Emirates Hills First area, Dhs6.2 million.

 

The biggest area sold was the 20000 sq ft in the Al Mamzer area, which went for Dhs16.3 million. A 10649.05 sq ft plot in the Emirates Hills First Area was acquired for Dhs2 million, while 10641.41 sq ft of Emirates Hills First was disposed of for Dhs2.1 million.

 

During the period under review 4 mortgages worth Dhs18.73 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs19 million for an area at Al Nahda Second. There was another for Dhs12.2 million on an area in Al Barsha First.
