The value of land transactions reported on June 5 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 34 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 9 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 13.38324 million paid for a 9698 sq feet area in Port Saeed.An amount of Dhs 6.8 million, for a 2610 sq feet area of land in Al Baraha, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 3.6 million paid for a 14600 sq feet area in the Al Barsha Second district.
The single biggest plot sold was 19900 sq feet at Al Khawaneej First for the sum of Dhs 1.6915 million. The second biggest was the 15000 sq feet area in Muhaisanah Third that sold for Dhs 1.17 million.
