The value of land transactions registered on 06-06-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dhs 40 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 8 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 12 million paid for a 40000 sq feet area in Ras Al Khor.An amount of Dhs 10.8 million, for a 7111 sq feet area of land in Al Murqabat, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 7 million paid for a 16000 sq feet area in the Mardaf district.
