A total of 10 sale transactions were registered with the Department by the end of the day,s , the most valuable of which was a plot in Al Qusais Second that was sold for Dhs11.34444 million. The next two most prominent sales saw a second plot in Al Warqa First acquired for the sum of Dhs4.8 million and another in Al Warqa First for Dhs4.8 million
The Al Warqa First area was the most active in terms of the day's sale, with some 2 transactions. Al Mezhar First followed it with one sale.
During the period, Al Qusais Second recorded the highest turnover by value, at Dhs11.34 million, followed by the Al Warqa First area, Dhs9.6 million, and Um Suqaim First area, Dhs2.86 million.
The biggest area sold was the 16683 sq ft in the Al Qusais Second area, which went for Dhs11.34 million. A 15000 sq ft plot in the Al Mezhar First Area was acquired for Dhs2.5 million, while 15000 sq ft of Al Warqa First was disposed of for Dhs4.8 million.
During the period under review 2 mortgages worth Dhs3.3 million were registered, the most significant of which as the Dhs2.29 million for an area at Um Suqaim First. There was another for Dhs2 million on an area in Al Suq Al Kabeer and a further sum of Dhs1.5 million registered on an area of land sold in Jumeira Second.
