A recent article has estimated that rental prices in Dubai will be down 20% by 2007.
The paper quoted data from a report on the extent of building in the Emirates during 2005-2007 put out by the Egyptian E.F.G. Investments Bank, which stated that the extent of residential building projects will reach $50 billion by 2007, and that during this period about 85,000 apartment units will be built in the UAE.
