Director General of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) Abdul Rahman Ghanim Al-Mutaiwee has received the Ambassador of South Africa Dikgang Moopeloa and they discussed consolidating commercial and economic relations between the two countries during the meeting.
Al-Mutaiwee expressed content with the current cooperation between the Dubai Chamber and the Embassy of South Africa, which is taking place to achieve the best ways to develop the current relations between businessmen in both countries. He clarified to the Ambassador that last year, a delegation representing government departments and institutions in Dubai had visited some cities in South Africa where they held conferences and seminars which dealt with investment opportunities in Dubai, as well as the privileges and facilities provided for the foreign companies.
From his side, the Ambassador has extended his thanks to the officials at the Dubai Chamber for their welcome and the current cooperation between the Embassy and the Dubai Chamber in organizing visits by commercial delegations between the two countries. The Ambassador announced that a superior delegation will visit the UAE to meet with officials and explore the opportunities for investment and tourism in Dubai. — (menareport.com)
