According to Al-Khaleej newspaper, real estate specialists in the UAE estimate at 60,000-80,000 the number of the residential apartments, which are currently being built in the framework of the mega projects in Dubai.
These experts added that 20,000 of these apartments will be available for sale in two years. They added that 9,000-10,000 apartments in the mega projects have been delivered until now.
The specialists anticipate the demand for real estate assets in the Emirate to decrease in the next period due to the lack of adequate house financing instruments and for soft conditions.
