The value of land transactions registered on 17-04-2005 in Dubai reached a total of Dh94 million, according to the daily report issued by the Land Department.
There were 21 transactions, the most valuable of which was the Dhs 25 million paid for a 58159.82 sq feet area in Al Safouh Second.An amount of Dhs 12 million, for a 12600 sq feet area of land in Hor Al Anz East, was the second most valuable, followed by the Dhs 9.5 million paid for a 14800 sq feet area in the Um Suqaim Second district.
