ALBAWABA – James Donaldson, known for Mr. Beast, an American YouTuber, internet personality, and businessman, said he rented the Egyptian pyramids for 100 hours to hunt and chase ghosts. However, the Egyptian authorities said he did not rent the pyramids for real.

The famous youtuber claimed he rented the three Egyptian pyramids of Giza for 100 hours from the Egyptian pyramids to hunt and chase ghosts in an epic adventure.

Mr. Beast said on a podcast with Noah Lyles that he rented the Egyptian pyramids for real for 100 hours, which gave him the total freedom to enter the pyramids and tour them completely on his own.

“We got all three of the pyramids of Egypt for 100 hours. I’m gonna do a video where they let me explore anywhere I want in the pyramids,” Mr. Beast said.

Can anyone rent the pyramids

According to the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism, the pyramids can be rented as an occasional outdoor venue or for film shoots.

Prices vary, with Egyptians able to rent the site for $11 per hour, while foreigners pay $98. However, no one is allowed to rent the inside of the pyramids or tour them freely.

Donaldson is a famous international youtuber who started his career in 2012. People mostly recognize him for his “Counting to 100,000” video in 2017.

Mr. Beast now runs several YouTube channels, including Beast Reacts and MrBeast Gaming, and has also founded brands like MrBeast Burger and Festaples.
