The contract for ‘The Prism,’ a Dh500 million commercial project at Business Bay was recently awarded by Credo Investments FZE, to leading international project management company, Hamilton Project Management.
The second commercial property developed by Credo, The Prism is expected to be ready by the end of 2008, according to Khaleej Times. The project is located at the entrance of the Business Bay.
“In line with Credo's commitment to delivering quality commercial properties on a timely basis and in accordance with client expectations we have appointed leading project management company, Hamilton Project Management to assist us in our endeavour to complete our flagship project, the Prism on time," said Mohammed Dewji, CEO of Credo Investments.
"Our first project Le Solarium at Dubai Silicon Oasis has attracted huge attention from a vast range of clientele, a fact that has given us the much needed impetus to go ahead with added vigour," Dewji added.
The contract was signed by Sajjad M Rashid, President, Credo Investments FZE and Namir G Shaffu, President and CEO of Hamilton Project Management.
