Dh424.92m in Dubai land deals recorded

The total value of land transactions in the emirate of Dubai on Monday reached Dh424.92 million ($115.71 million). Of this amount, sales accounted for more than Dh141 million ($38.4 million).

 

During the same period, the total value of mortgages reached Dh284.3 million ($77.42 million), according statistics of the Dubai Land Department quoted in Gulf News.

 

A total of eight sale transactions were registered with the Land Department on Monday, the most valuable of which was a plot of land sold for Dh95 million ($25.87 million) in the Al Safouh-2 area.

 

Another plot of land sold for Dh15.9435 million ($4.34 million) in the Umm Hurair-2 area, and was the second most valuable land transaction registered for the day.

 

The third most valuable land transaction on Monday was also for a plot of land in the Umm Hurair-2 area, which sold for Dh14.5425 million ($3.96 million), making Umm Hurair-2 area was the most active for the day. The fourth most expensive land transaction was recorded for a single transaction in the Al Mezhar-2 area.

 

The highest turnover of the day was recorded on Monday for the Al Safouh-2 area, with some Dh95 million ($25.87 million), followed by the Umm Hurair-2 area, with Dh30.49 million ($8.3 million), and the Al Mezhar-2 area, which recorded Dh7 million ($1.9 million) in turnovers.
