Data Systems & Software Inc. announced that Clalit Health Services, Israel's largest HMO, has awarded its dsIT subsidiary, together with Yael Software, a four million dollar billing project, one of the largest Information Technology (IT) projects in Israel this year, of which dsIT's portion is approximately 50 percent.

The contract includes the development and implementation of a new Customer Care and Billing system, based entirely on dsIT's e-asyBill billing system. The system is to be implemented over one year and includes a seven-year maintenance contract. The prime contractor, Yael Software, will be integrating the billing system with the customer's other systems using Tibco. — (menareport.com)
