A new UK-based company looking for investment in the Dubai property market has unveiled plans for its initial public offering (IPO) prior to listing on OFEX. According to a statement, the company - Dubai Realty Opportunities Plc's (DRO) - plans to give small investors the opportunity to benefit from the real estate boom in the Middle East.
