Information technology (IT) security solution provider ComGuard has signed an agreement with IT@work Trusted Solutions, the master reseller of Argus Systems Group's application and operating system security suite, to act as a reseller and systems integrator for PitBull LX in the Middle East.
Under the terms of the agreement, ComGuard will deliver and support Argus' PitBull LX Application Security solution for enterprises in the region. Making the announcement today, ComGuard also confirmed that it is already in discussion with a number of major companies to deploy PitBull LX to augment the security of their existing operating systems.
PitBull is an application security solution designed to stop attacks from both outsiders and people within an organization. Unlike common perimeter-based security products such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems, PitBull delivers security within the operating systems that control the most sensitive servers in the IT infrastructure.
