This recent event associated with Coldplay concert outraged a discussion about ticket scalping in India. Some users are reportedly using bots and automated tools to skip queues and buy multiple tickets to resale them for even higher prices.
Coldplay fans are questioning whether BookMyShow (BMS) can prevent such acts or ignore them. Accordingly, BMS denied any connection to resellers and advised users to avoid buying tickets from unauthorized sources.
