Work will commence shortly on Emaar Property’s first boutique Clubhouse and Hotel at The Montgomerie, Dubai. Slated to be completed in 2004, The Montgomerie, Dubai Clubhouse will feature 17 deluxe rooms and suites that will provide boutique hotel style accommodation in a number of configurations including suites and interconnecting rooms.
The Montgomerie is an 18-hole par 72 Championship Golf Course designed by Colin Montgomerie in association with Desmond Muirhead and managed by Troon Golf. Covering over two hundred acres of landscaped setting, the course features 79 bunkers and water features.
