Property developer Cayan has launched its new project, Dorra Bay, a 22-storey residential tower to be built at Dubai Marina. According to a report in the Gulf News, Ahmad Al Hatti, chairman of Cayan, said the project will offer residents the ultimate in luxury living, with magnificent apartments and the best in residential facilities.
