ALBAWABA- On Gamescom's opening night, we took a closer look into games including Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, Assassins Creed Mirage, and more. We also witnessed the return of Bill Clinton from a random stranger.

Top new game announcements at Gamescom 2023 opening night
Little Nightmares lll

Little Nightmares makes a comeback with a new chilling and creepy trailer of its third installment giving fans more of its unique art design and world.
Bandai didn't confirm the exact release date but expect Little Nightmares lll in 2024. The game will release on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S platforms.
Killing Floor lll

Tripwire Interactive surprised everyone by revealing Killing Floor lll at Gamescom since many fans didn't expect the game to get a third installment.
The game looks as gory as ever with its reveal trailer! Killing Floor lll will feature a coop mode like previous installments.
Killing Floor lll will hit PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms in late 2024.
A closer look into the top already-announced games
Starfield

Xbox's most anticipated game, Starfield got an official live-action trailer to advertise its close release date on Sept 6. 2023!
The game will also be available on Xbox Game Pass. Microsoft gave gamers the option of preinstalling Starfield before release because of its large file so they can play it on day one.
Alan Wake ll

After the unfortunate delay of Alan Wake ll, Remedy gave fans a new gripping trailer mixing live-action and game elements.
Alan Wake ll has been delayed till Oct. 17, 2023.
Mortal Kombat 1

NetherRealm Studios' Mortal Kombat 1 got a trailer showcasing new characters and gameplay including General Shao, Sindel, and Raiden.
Mortal Kombat 1 is coming on Sept. 17, 2023, to PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms in late 2024.
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty

Cyberpunk 2077 is getting a massive overhaul in its new expansion Phantom Liberty with a new skill tree, weapons, and story.
Expect it to hit PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms on Sept. 26, 2023.
Assassins Creed Mirage

Ubisoft announced at Gamescom that Assassins Creed Mirage is getting full Arabic voice acting making it the first Assassins Creed game to do this.
The trailer featured full formal Arabic dialogue adding to the setting of Baghdad, Iraq.
Expect Assassins Creed Mirage on Oct. 5, 2023, on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms.
Grandblue Fantasy Relink

JRPG fans are finally getting Grandblue Fantasy Relink on Feb 2. 2023, Cygames released a new trailer in Gamescom showcasing more gameplay.
Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ)

Hoyovere showcased more of their upcoming gacha game, Zenless Zone Zero with a special participation video but they unfortunately didn't give a release date.
Hoyoverse has been killing it lately with Honkai Star Rail and Genshin Impact's Fontaine.
ARMORED CORE VI: FIRES OF RUBICON

From Software showcased more of Armored Core 6 in a new launch trailer. The long-awaited sixth installment of Armored Core will be coming out in a few days only!
It will be released on Aug. 25, 2023, on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms.
Marvel Snap
Marvel Snap celebrated leaving early access on Steam with a visually stunning animated trailer.
'Bill Clinton wants GTA 6'

Last year's Game Awards had a random kid known as "The Bill Clinton Kid'' invade its stage by sneaking with From Software's cast and dedicating the award to the one and only Bill Clinton instead of Elden Ring.
Something similar happened at Gamescom this year with a random man invading the stage while Geoff Keighley was talking and chanted 'Bill Clinton wants GTA 6'. Unfortunately, we didn't get any GTA 6 news from Rockstar yesterday.
The Game Awards
The Game Awards will be streaming live on Dec. 7, 2023, according to their official website.
Gamers are split between Larian Studios' Baldur's Gate lll and Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom. Take in mind that Starfield, Alan Wake ll, Spiderman 2, and more are on the way.
