Digital lifestyle products developer BenQ Middle East will use its participation at Gitex 2003 to showcase its newest products. The company, which has experienced strong sales since participation at last year's show, will offer special promotions at both the exhibition and computer shopper fair.

BenQ's final plans were approved this week by chairman and CEO of BenQ Corporation, KY Lee, who visited the region to review the company's preparations for the Middle East's leading technology event.

“Since last year's Gitex, the BenQ team have made it our mission to ensure that a regular stream of new products have been released to satisfy the Middle East market,” said managing director, BenQ Middle East, Robert Dung. “By introducing innovative, well-designed and affordable technology, we have been able to grow our overall business in the Middle East by 15 percent since last Gitex.”

Focusing on the key element of promoting a digital lifestyle, new products on display at BenQ's Gitex stand – its biggest ever at 120 square meters – include the Joybook 8000, Joybook 5000 and Joybook 3000, as well as the latest LCD TVs, LCD monitors, digital projectors, and digital cameras. — (menareport.com)
