Skincare products manufacturer Beiersdorf AG has presented the “Area Sales Manager of the Year 2002” award to Usama Sharkawi of Al-Injazat Trading Corporation, Beiersdorf’s partner in Saudi Arabia.
Sharkawi recorded the highest percentage growth in both sales and market share for the NIVEA range of products in his areas, which are Madina and Gassim in Saudi Arabia.
“In Saudi Arabia, NIVEA and its sub brands enjoy increasing sales volumes and growing market share, while consumers associate NIVEA with its well-known brand values of care, trust and quality all thanks to Al-Injazat,” said Marwan Al-Garem, Beiersdorf Middle East general manager.
Saudi Arabia accounts for 44 percent of Beiersdorf cosmed’s overall sales in the region, and according to Beiersdorf, Al-Injazat has made a strong contribution to the continued growth of one of their most important markets in the Middle East. — (menareport.com)
