Recognizing its human assets as the corner stone for its growth and efficient operations, Bank Muscat has established its own Training and Development Department within the Human Resources Division.
Training and Development provides internal solutions to most of organizational, teams and individuals training needs in order to equip them with the right blend of knowledge, skills and attitude required in bank and service industry, according to a company press release.
Training and Development also play a tremendous role in driving the Omanization process within the Bank by initiating a number of developmental programs for the potential Omani staff to prepare them for higher job responsibility within a given time frame.
