The Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam is to get its own premises this year. According to GDN, the new land, located next to the Kerala Catholic Association in Segaiya, has been taken on a 20-year lease.
The new building will be set up on 68,000 square feet of land and the samajam hopes to finish construction before the tenure of their executive committee comes to end. A special committee led by P V Radhakrishna Pillai as chairman has been assigned the responsibility of the building.
