The first bookings for Zawye Residential Towers on Amwaj Islands were taken at a launch party at the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Hotel and Spa Sunday night. According to GDN, the two 19-storey towers feature 131 homes each. The homes will be of three types, penthouses, duplexes and apartments, with varying numbers of rooms.
Coldwell Banker Bahrain (CBB) is marketing this project. Prices for the homes range from BD45,000 to BD280,000.
