Service Provider, ASPGulf has signed a joint agreement with ICICI Infotech Middle East & Africa to provide their Enterprise Relationship Management (ERM) system, Crossroads with a locally and fully managed hosting service package.

While it is widely recognized that ERM systems take organizations to a heightened level of competitive superiority by automating its interactions with customers, suppliers, partners and vendors, the cost to implement many ERM systems make it an unaffordable luxury for small and medium sized companies. Previously, local companies have been able to purchase ERM solutions and host them outside the region in the US and the UK, but this remote hosting decreases the service level being offered to Middle East based companies.

Launched in 2000 as the Middle East's first application service provider, ASPGulf is part of the Al-Bawardi Enterprises (AE) technology group. The company provides an array of services for the management or hardware and infrastructure access, together with the technical expertise in computer services, to private and governmental organizations. — (menareport.com)
